Nabil Berkaïne, Ph.D.
SmartPlant Technologies was founded by Nabil Berkaine, Ph.D., an industrial measurement specialist with a background spanning Near Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, process analytics and manufacturing environments across EMEA.
Over the past decade, he has worked closely with inline measurement technologies used in industries such as food processing, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, film extrusion and other process sectors, combining technical understanding with practical business and field experience.
His background includes scientific research in spectroscopy and materials science, as well as senior commercial and technical roles in online measurement solutions.
This combination of scientific rigor, industrial exposure and operational perspective is at the core of SmartPlant Technologies’ approach: helping manufacturers improve the reliability, governance and real operational value of inline measurement systems.
